Shipping and delivery timeframes displayed are estimates only, based on typical conditions. Chefmate® is not liable for any shipping delays and cannot guarantee orders will arrive by specific dates. We reserve the right to ship partial orders.
Taxes and fees additional to the listed price will be added for orders shipping to states or counties where Chefmate® has a legal requirement to collect sales tax. Tax rates are determined by your shipping address and will be displayed during checkout.
Receipt of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Chefmate® remains free to accept or decline any order for any reason. We will charge your payment method only upon shipment of your order.
Returns and exchanges may be authorized within 30 days of receipt for most products, subject to restrictions. Approval for any return and fees charged rest solely in Chefmate’s discretion. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
